<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by T.C. Enck Builders, Inc., as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 12th day of April, 2007, recorded on the 18th day of April,
<br />2007, as Instrument No. 200703108 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb, Rev, Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Four (4), Via Milano Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
