<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LYNN C BLACK AND JOAN W BLACK. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />8/17/04 8/3/07 and recorded 9/1/04 8/15/07 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200408687 200706988 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
