<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received upon the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Linda K. Eihusen, A Single Person, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated August 04, 2004 and recorded September 09, 2004 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200408974, said Beneficiary does hereby request that this
<br />Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, for such consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled
<br />thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises, but only as to said premises:

<br />any such indebtedness or security interest in any other property securing such indebtedness nor a reconveyance ofthis
<br />Deed of Trust as to any other property described therein.
