<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank,by-and-through-Scott K.Kvols, it's authorized- officer, Pinnacle Bank as trustee under

<br />the Trust Deed dated September 19. 2006 recorded on September 20.2006 executed by Prairie View Properties. LLC, a

<br />Nebraska Limited Liablitv Companv %Clinton L. Simmons; as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank is named as

<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded in Instrument No. 0200608445 ; in the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to

<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the

<br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
