<br />Denise D. Myers, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the
<br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims
<br />and reconveys to Harold Plejdrup, Jr. and Holly K Plejdrup, husband and wife, Grantees, the

<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as beginning at the Southwest
<br />corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 89032'30" W (assumed
<br />bearing) on the West line of said West Half ofthe Southeast Quarter, 1467.63 feet;
<br />thence S 89056'42" E, 1310.72 feet to a point on the East line of the West Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter; thence S 0027'27" W on said East line, 986.55 feet; thence
<br />N 90000'00" W 909.87 feet; thence S 0 00'00" W 479.81 feet to a point on the South
<br />line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 90000'00" W on said South
<br />Line, 405.00 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />Southeast Quarter a distance of 1,467.63 feet to the point of beginning; thence
<br />continuing North along the West line of said Southeast Quarter 1,162.93 feet to the
<br />Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 89035'00" East along the
<br />North line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1,310.90 feet to the Northeast
<br />corner of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 00000' 18" East
<br />along the East line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of
