<br />corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 89032'30" W (assumed
<br />bearing) on the West line of said West Half ofthe Southeast Quarter, 1467.63 feet;
<br />thence S 89056'42" E, 1310.72 feet to a point on the East line of the West Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter; thence S 0027'27" W on said East line, 986.55 feet; thence
