<br />That Grantor, Pathway Bank, formerly The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Michael W. Lowry and Denise
<br />K. Lowry, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as

<br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
