<br />200710811 <br /> <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />That Grantors, EDWARD C. AKERLY and PATRICIA G. AKERLY, husband and <br />wife, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, convey to EDWARD C. AKERLY and PATRICIA G. <br />AKERL Y, Husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and <br />not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
