<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Tmst executed by Dan L Haussler
<br />and Alicia M Haussler, Husband and Wife" to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein dated September 27, 2007 and recorded October 2, 2007 in the officc of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 0200708456 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Decd of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
