<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record October 18, 2007, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2007-
<br />08954. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Bruce M. Lamb and Sarah K.
<br />Lamb, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is
<br />named as Beneficiary and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is the Trustee. The Deed of
<br />Trust was thereafter filed for record August 22, 2006 and recorded in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02006.07507.

<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Horne Loans, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
