<br />200710733 <br /> <br />In his will Maynard Schimmer devised a life estate to my <br /> <br />mother and a successive life estate to me in The Real Estate to <br /> <br />be effective upon the death of my mother. My mother died March <br /> <br />19, 2007. <br /> <br />This document renounces the life estate designated <br /> <br />for me in The Real Estate. This Renunciation does not apply to <br /> <br />any other real estate. <br /> <br />In my lifetime I have had only three (3) children and each <br /> <br />of them is living at the time of the execution of this <br /> <br />Renunciation, they are: <br /> <br />and Traci M. Romans. <br /> <br />Jeffrey L. Schimmer, Tyson J. Schimmer <br /> <br />RENUNCIATION <br /> <br />Acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 30-2352 of the <br /> <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes (R.S. Supp 2006), I do hereby renounce <br /> <br />and disclaim any and all right, claim and interest which I have <br /> <br />received by the provisions of my father's Will as conveyed to me <br /> <br />by the Deed of Distribution recorded as Instrument No. <br /> <br />0200204326 in and to the life estate interest in The Real <br /> <br />Estate, which is hereinafter referred to as The Renounced <br /> <br />Interest, to~wit: <br /> <br />all of the life estate interest in The Real <br /> <br />Estate which was conveyed to me by the provisions of paragraph 3 <br /> <br />of the above described Deed of Distribution. <br />I declare that this Renunciation of The Renounced Interest <br /> <br />is an unqualified and irrevocable refusal to accept the <br /> <br />2 <br />
