<br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration received
<br />from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHARLES E.
<br />WEBB, Trustee, herein called the grantee, whether one or more, the following described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to:

<br />Eighteen Feet (S18') of the West Half of Lot Three (3), Block Seventeen
