<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ("Security Instrument") is made on December 14, 2007. The grantor is JOHN LEE
<br />WILKINSON and DORl JO WILKINSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address is 4019 MASON AVE,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 ("Borrower"). Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who
<br />sign the Note. The obligations of Borrowers who did not sign the Note are eXplained further in the section titled

<br />beneficiary is TierOne Bank, which is organized and existing \Ulder the laws oflhe United States of America and
<br />whose address is 1235 'N' St / PO Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 ("Lender"). JOHN LEE WILKINSON
<br />and DORI JO WILKINSON owe Lender the principal sum 01" Ten Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (U.S.
<br />$10,000.00), which is evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as
<br />this Security Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for periodic payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full
<br />debt, if not paid e<lrlier, due and payable on Decemher 25, 2012. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a)
<br />the repayment ofthe debt evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of
