<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />WILLIAM C ALBERTS AND SALLIE S ALBERTS. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 24. 2001 and recorded OCTOBER 31. 200 1 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200111055 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
