<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 27, 2006, and recorded on November
<br />29, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200610586 wherein Tayna S.
<br />Chanthapatheth and Keo Chanthapatheth, wife and husband are named
<br />Trustors; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is
<br />named Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne is named Trustee, wherein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $66,500.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
