<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ~day of December, 2007, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Juvenal Garcia
<br />Parra, as the defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br />foreclose a deed of trust given by said Juvenal Garcia Parra, a single person, to Transnation, as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for Franklin
<br />American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate
<br />hereinafter described of the above-named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate
<br />hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain
<br />other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated October 5, 2005, and was recorded on October 7,
<br />2005, as Instrument Number 02005 10021 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />SE Y4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (I I) North, Range Nine (9), West of the

<br />Grand Island, more particularly described in Deed recorded as Book 46, page 600 of the
<br />Deed records in the Office ofthe Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska;
