<br />F,S.B., as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Vickie
<br />L. Dibbern, as the defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br />foreclose a deed of trust given by said Vickie L. Dibbern, a single person, to Fidelity National, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of IndyMac Bank, a federally chartered savings bank, Beneficiary, to foreclose
<br />any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendant, to obtain
<br />an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated August
<br />15,2003, and was recorded on August 27, 2003, as Instrument Number 0200311360 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described
