<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by John F
<br />Farlee and Beverly J Farlee, husband and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, to
<br />Centris Federal Credit Union, Trustee for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the
<br />beneficiary named therein 08/14/2006 dated and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, 8/21/2006 , recorded in instrument number 0200607443, has been
<br />paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
