<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by.----------

<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 9.2003 and recorded APRIL 21. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200304821 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
