Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 19, <br />1997 as Instrument No. 97-103897 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to <br />The Bank of New York, as Trustee on May IS, 1998 and recorded on <br />January 20, 1999 as Instrument No. 99-100663 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to TMS Mortgage Inc. dba The Money Store on March 5, 2001 <br />and recorded on May 14, 2001 at Book Instrument No. 2001-02016; <br />further assigned to Wachovia Bank, NA on January 24, 2005 and <br />recorded January 26, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-00680; assigned to <br />Wachovia Bank, National Association on November 16, 2004 and <br />recorded February 7, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-01041; assigned to <br />The Bank of New York as Trustee and recorded on January 30, 2006 as <br />Instrument No. 2006-00799; and finally assigned to Wachovia Bank, <br />NA on ,June 14, 2006 and recoyded on July 12, 2006 as Instrument No. <br />2006-06201 Page . <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default.
