<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated February 27, 1998 and executed by Karla M. Rios a/kla Karla M. Beran, a single
<br />person and Margaret A. Beran, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument
<br />98-101837 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 2nd day of March, 1998
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Twenty Four (24) except the East 22.5 Feet thereof, and all of Lot Twenty Five (25), Block Four (4),
<br />Blain Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20th day of December, 2007.
