This Dced of Trust and all accompffilying documents me subject to, constructed ffild <br />governed by the laws ofthe State of Nebraska for all purposes. <br /> <br />M. In the event any onc or more of the provisions contained in this Deed of Trust, Trust Deed <br />Notes, or any other instrument given in connection with this trffilsaction, shall for any reason <br />be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in ffily respect, such invalidity, illegality, or <br />unenforceability shall, at the option of the BENEFICIARIES, not affcct any other <br />provisions of this Decd of Trust or Trust Deed Note, but this Deed of Trust ffild Trust Dced <br />Note shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been <br />contained therein, it being the intention of the parties that the provisions of this Deed of <br />Trust are declmed to be severable. <br /> <br />N. This Deed of Trust shall inure to mId bind the heirs, devisees, personal representatives, <br />successors and assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> <br />O. This Deed of Trust shall be secured by any future advances to be made at the option of the <br />parties. <br /> <br />The TRUSTORS request that a copy of any Notice of Default and any Notice of Sale <br />hereunder be mailed to them at the address herein set forth, or such other address as they may <br />provide to the TRUSTEE and BENEFICIARIES.
