<br />U.S, Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases herein after referred to as "Deed of Trust" dated August 4,2006, and filed August 7, 2006,a6
<br />Document# 0200607046, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Richard H Baasch and Arlene M
<br />Baasch as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original
<br />Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the
<br />note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
