<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />This instrument, made this 19th day of November, 2007, between Eric H. Lindquist, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor",
<br />pursuant to a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on June 2, 2005 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200505012 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Steams Asset
<br />Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2005-HEll, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee."
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on August 27,2007, Grantor, executed a Notice of Defauit pursuant to which
<br />notice was given to Steven C. Johnson, a single man, Trustor, under that certain Deed of Trust
<br />recorded on June 2, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200505012 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:
<br />
<br />LOT 8, BLOCK 128, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA,
<br />
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on August 29,2007, as Instrument No. 0200707420.
<br />
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on October 5, 2007, Grantor caused to be published in The
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1 st & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2007. Publication of such notice was
<br />made for five consecutive weeks on October 5, 2007, October 12,2007, October 19,2007, October
<br />26,2007 and November 2,2007, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than
<br />thirty (30) days prior to the date of sale.
<br />
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008
<br />R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Mark T. Porto, attorney for Grantor, did at the time
<br />and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction,
<br />and did sell the same to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee, for the sum of
<br />$22,400.00, it being the highest bidder therefor. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
<br />Nominee, has assigned all of its right, title and interest in such to bid to Grantee.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $22,400.00 so bid
<br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and
