Security for New Instrument of Indebtedness. The indebtedness described in the Deed of Trust <br />identified above, shall from the date hereof secure a Note in the amount of Twenty-Three Thousand Nine <br />and 18/100 Dollars ($23,009.18) of even date herewith, together with all renewals, modifications and <br />extensions thereof and any and all future advances and re-advances thereof. <br /> <br />2. Modification of Date of Stated Maturity. The Maturity Date in respect to the indebtedness to <br />be secured the Deed of Trust hereby modified is extended from November 14,2021 to December 12,2022. <br /> <br />3. Continuing Etlect. Except as specifically modjfied by this Deed of Trust Modification <br />Agreement, all other terms and provisions of the Deed of Trust hereinabove identified shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />4. Effect on other Security. All real estate mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments and security <br />agreements heretofore or concurrently herewith to be granted shall remain in full force and effect to the <br />
