<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys propcrty legally

<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee, WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, N.A. f/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, for all
<br />fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute 9 76-1012.
