<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska and a parcel of land lying between the
<br />West line of said Lot Three (3) extended South to the North line of North
<br />Street and the East line of said Lot Two(2) extended South to the North line
<br />of North Street, and between the South lines of said Lots Two (2) and Three
<br />(3), the North line of said North Street as fixed by Ordinance of the City of
<br />Wood River, Nebraska, which strip is Fifteen (15) feet wide between the
