<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received upon the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Clark A Gauthier, A Single Person, to TierOne Bank" Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated October 12,2004 and recorded October 14,2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as entered in Instrument # 0200410041, said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, for such consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all of the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to said
<br />premises:

<br />PARCEL 1: Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Eight (8), in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Return of Appraisers filed June 14, 1971 in
<br />Book 21, Page 625.

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.

<br />THIS DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE shall not constitute payment in full of all sums due and owing upon the
<br />indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust nor shall this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be construed as a release of any such
<br />indebtedness or security interest in any other property securing such indebtedness nor a reconveyance of this Deed of Trust as
<br />to any otherprope~-d~~~ribed therein.
