<br />SUBORDINA TION AGREEMENT

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that in consideration of one dollar and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, TierOne Bank, a federally
<br />chartered savings bank, ("TierOne Bank") does hereby subordinate that certain Deed of Trust recorded
<br />on December 7. 2006 in Book , Page Instrument No. 200610838 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deed of Hall County, Nebraska covering the following described real estate:

<br />LOT 5, WESTWOOD PARK FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />and all rights, title and interest of TierOne Bank therein, to that certain Deed of TW rhted J J / / 1/ D 7and
<br />recorded JJ/17/67 in Book ,Page InstrumentNo.aC07-k'fl';' intheofficeof
<br />the Register of Deeds of ~ COP}}tv.), Nebraska, in favor of TierOne Bank ("Lender") upon
<br />said real estate, which Thomas J.~l!hd Janet S. Hill (collectively "Borrower") has executed,
<br />acknowledged and delivered to Lender as security for a loan obtained by Borrower from Lender, which
<br />loan is evidenced by Borrower's promissory note in the principal sum of $ 156.000.00 .

<br />This Subordination Agreement shall be binding upon TierOne Bank and its
<br />assigns and shall inur he benefit of Lender, its successors and assigns.
