<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KEITH L COLEMAN AND DEBORAH S COLEMAN. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINaS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 25.2003 and recorded JULY 23. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200309436 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing thatthis Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
