<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THOMAS D KLEINOW. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated OCTOBER 27. 2003 and
<br />recorded NOVEMBER 3.2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200314447 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
