<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kathy H
<br />Houser and Craig A Houser, husband and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, to
<br />Centris Federal Credit Union, Trustee for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the
<br />beneficiary named therein 03/23/2004 dated and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
