<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated April 13,2007, and executed by Rudolf F. Plate, Tim C. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, as
<br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 0200703061 at the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on the 17th day of April, 2007

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot One (1), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 7111 day of December, 2007.
