<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael S. Williams and
<br />Sandy S. Williams, husband and wife, as Trustors, to Arthur C. Mayer, as Trustee (Duane A.
<br />Burns, Successor Trustee), for the benefit of Victor L. Gosda and Leola M. Gosda, husband
<br />and wife, as Beneficiary, dated November 3, 1993, and recorded November 4, 1993, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 93-109495 has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />Lot One (1) Burch Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion deeded to the City of Grand Island by Deed
<br />recorded September 6, 2000, as Instrument #2000-07324, and re-recorded
<br />October 2,2000, as Instrument #2000-08192.
