<br />as Lacy Building & Supply Co., a Nebraska corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of
<br />ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($115,000.00),
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GIAET, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited
<br />liability company, GRANTEE, the following-described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Three (3), Lacy Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
