<br />corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/IOO DOLLARS
<br />($4,800.00), conveys to GRANTEES, GARY L. BAIRD and SHEILA M. BAIRD, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the following-described real estate (as defined
<br />in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
