<br />Whereas, the undersigned, William A. Francis, is the TRUSTEE under a Deed of
<br />T'rust dated November 2, 2006, executed by Russel W. Wolf, President of Calvary
<br />Apostolic Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Nebraska Corporation as TRUSTOR, in
<br />which Billy R. Wolf and Anita R. Wolt: Husband and Wife, are named as
<br />BENEFICIARIES, and the undersigned as TRUSTEE, which was recorded on November
<br />6, 2006, as Instrument No. 0200609938 in the Rcgister of Deeds 01Tice of Hall County,
<br />Ncbraska.
<br />TRUSTEE has received a written request from the BENEFICIARIES to reconvey
<br />a p0l1ion of real estate described in the DEED OF TRUST above-mentioned, said partial
<br />describcd as follows:

<br />A part of Lot Five (5) Pier Park Subdivision of part of Block Eleven (11), Kohler
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />The South Twelve (12) feet of Lot Five (5), Pier Park Subdivision, City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that the BENEFICIARIES havc consented to
<br />said partial Reconveyancc;
<br />
<br />Now theref(we, in accordance with such rcquest and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Successor Trustee, hereby reconveyed the above described
<br />real estate only, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the
<br />estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and to the above described property only.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, thc undersigned has executed this Deed of Partial
