<br />Deed of Trust Dated October 31. 2006, Executed by Delmer D. Friesen and Donita
<br />M. Friesen. Husband and Wife. Trustor(s), in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora,
<br />Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded
<br />December 11.2006. as Instrument No. 0200610925, and filed as a Corrective Deed
<br />of Trust to original Instrument No. 0200610199. filed 11-15-06. both in the Office
<br />ofthe Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed
<br />of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby
