<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />DANIEL J GIESE, A SINGLE PERSON

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 2. 1999 and recorded NOVEMBER 8. 1999 the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#0099110746 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED NOVEMBER 18, 1999 AND RECORDED AUGUST 17, 2000 AS DOCUMENT #
<br />0200006656 AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED MAY to, 2004 AND RECORDED
<br />JUNE 16, 2004 AS DOCUMENT # 0200405970;
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWO (2) LAKEVIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
