<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on May 7, 2003,
<br />as Document number 200305726 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by GENE ST. LOUIS AND LINDA ST.
<br />LOUIS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGlSTRA nON
<br />SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by
<br />said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of August 1, 2007, is in the amount of $131 ,89l.52, plus interest thereafter.
