Kamal, Habibur R. <br />Khan, Mohammad A. Kalam, Pran Krishina Saha, and Mohammed Zannatul Ferdaous all <br />hereinafter collectively referred to as "Buyers" signed individually, as Members, and as Buyers. <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK hereby releases all its rights, titles, and interest in and to the <br />Agreement, which is recorded as Instrument No. 0200205692, filed in the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds office on May 29,2002. <br /> <br />FURTHERMORE, said undersigned, FIVE POINTS BANK, as Trustee, has received <br />from Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200009653 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on the 6th day of November, 2000 and released as Instrument #0200710119 in the Hall <br />County Register of Deed's office on December 3rd, 2007, the real estate descrihed as follows: <br /> <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9), and Ten (10), in Block <br />Sixteen (16), and Lot Five (5), in Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />IN TESTIMOY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK has caused these presents to <br />be executed by its Chairman and President and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 5th <br />day of December, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK <br />A Nebraska Corporation <br /> <br />By: !JI~' fU/.. ~ftF- <br />William W.
