<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Westerly Twenty-six (26) feet and Four (4) inches of Lot Seven (7), and the Easterly Twenty-six (26)
<br />feet Four (4) inches of Lot six (6), in Block Thirteen (13) in Rollins Addition, and the Westerly Twenty-
<br />Six (26) feet and Four (4) inches of Lot Seven (7), and the Eastserly Twenty-six (26) feet Four (4) inches
<br />of Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4) in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
