<br />WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary and Trustee, and which was filed for record on
<br />December 9, 1988, as Instrument No. 98-112141, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT 10, BLOCK 5, DALE ROUSH SECOND SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee, THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND nlkla WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., for all
<br />fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy
<br />the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
