<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE P_ROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Peters Brothers, lne, Corporation, Trustor, to Heritage Bank f/kla Bank of Wood River,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank f/k1a Bank of Wood River, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated January 11, 2000 and recorded January 14, 2000 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200000410 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
