<br />THAT WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Peters Brothers, Inc, Trustor, to Heritage Bank f/k/a Bank of Wood River, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank f/k/a Bank of Wood River, the Beneficiary named herein, dated
<br />January 20, 1999 and recorded February 19, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 99-101861 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below:

<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
