The term <br />"Mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," if applicable. <br /> <br />THIS TA>(..EXI;MPT FINANCING RIDER is made the date set forth below and is incorporated into and shall be <br />deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed ("Security Instrumenf') of the same date <br />given by the undersigned ("8orrower") to secure Borrower'S Note ("Note") to <br />Wells Fargo Bank. NA. <br />("Lender") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at the property <br />and address described as follows: <br /> <br />Address: 1101 Harrison Street/Wood River, NE 68883 <br /> <br />Legal Description: Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Block Twelve (12), arett and Johnson's Addition to the ViUaQlJ <br />of Wood River, H~II Countv.
