Edwards, a married woman and Craig R. Edwards, her <br />husband, as Trustors on December 20, 2006, ln which Mortgage <br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., was named as Beneficiary. <br />Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on December 27, 2006 as <br />Instrument No. 200611449 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Deutsche <br />Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing <br />Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed <br />Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR3 Mortgage Pass~Through Certificates, <br />Series 2007-BR3 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to HornEq Servicing, Attorney ir. Fact, of the <br />amount needed to bring this obligation current.
