Metteer, a single person, as Trustor on August 19, 2005, <br />in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., was named <br />as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on August <br />22, 2005 as Instrument No. 200508243 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned <br />to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling <br />and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2005 Morgan Stanley <br />ABS Capital lIne. Trust 2005-HE7 Mortgage Pass Through <br />Certificates Series 2005-HE7 and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to HomEq Servicing, Attorney in Fact, of the <br />amount needed to bring this obligation current.
