<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />/7.o.t)
<br />Trust Deed dated July 25,2006, and executed by Daffodil, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, 1/
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 0200606684 at the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on the 28th day of July, 2006
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Sixteen (16), and
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of November, 2007.
