<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated November 3, 2000, and executed by Dolphin Enterprises Nebraska, LLC, a Kansas
<br />Limited Liability Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 0200009653 at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 6th day of November, 2000

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Sixteen (16), and
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of November, 2007.
