(}1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Sixteen (16), and <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of November, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />/!/~ //I( ~~ <br /> <br />By: William W.
