<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 8, 1996, executed by Larry Schmidt, a single person,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #96-105364 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 11th day of July, 1996.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2) Schmidt Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 8, 1996, recorded as
<br />Instrument #96-105364 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 11th day of July, 1996, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed,

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of November, 2007.
